Dear Skyline Family,

Hello February!

There are many things to celebrate during February; Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day and Black History Month.  Locally, we gather for the Southwest Florida Fair and the Edison Festival of Lights.  It is an exciting month of activities.  Here at Skyline, we have exciting happenings as well!!  Check your Skyline calendar on our website to keep up to date! The Lee County School District theme is “Making every minute count”.  I’m happy to report that the Skyline faculty and staff takes this theme to heart.  Every day I see amazing teaching and learning in our classrooms.  Our focus is to achieve academic gains for every child.  Hopefully, you have had time to review and reflect with your child on their progress for the first semester and have had conversations about your child’s academic goals for the 3rd quarter.

Our educators continue to help your child gain confidence and become an active participant in their learning.  We are living in a fast-paced and ever-changing world and Skyline students will be prepared to face future challenges! I’m proud to partner with you in your child’s educational experience!
