Dear Skyline Family,

Can you believe the first quarter of school has come to a close?  It has been an amazing 9 weeks of learning and student growth. I hope you had an opportunity to discuss your child’s academic goals at the parent/teacher conferences.  It really is exciting to watch the students blossom right before our eyes! November is upon us and Thanksgiving is the time of year we reflect on our many blessings.  Although life is filled with many challenges, this is the time of year we are grateful for the kind people in our lives who love and support us.

In the spirit of giving to others, I want to thank all of the parent volunteers and teachers that made our Fall Fest a HUGE success.  The students had a blast! In the spirit of feeling grateful, I am thankful for students who cheerfully work hard to learn, parents who encourage, and teachers who are dedicated and truly care about each child. In the spirit of patriotism, I am proud of our veterans and this amazing country we live in.

Thank you for all that you do.  I hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.
